To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日幫阿妹上頭之前諗住近近地就揀咗呢間嘢,本來都無乜期望,但係勢估唔到佢個炸子雞充滿驚喜,上枱嘅時候熱辣辣唔在講,直情係辣到觸摸唔到啊,派咗啲膠手套俾你撕開佢嚟食,皮脆肉嫩嘅程度真係連雞胸都唔會鞋架,不過炸子雞又有乜理由點泰式雞醬唧,梗係要點嗰隻特製嘅甜酸豉油啦,肯定係廚房懶鬼,另外啊,把刀好多漬,衛生情況有待改善。
