食蛋撻最緊要新鮮出爐,其次就係師傅功力,配方一樣,不同師傅照單執藥,同時制作,味道都會不一樣,佢尼度個餅皮薄而鬆化,有蛋香,蛋心熱辣辣,蛋都算滑,5元一個真係貴,可能名牌關系,幸好好食的蛋撻不止一間,唔係就慘.......之前在中環、尖沙咀都食過,都唔多掂,最難食個間在旺角,幸好已結業,真好.....
