早前來到「海賀」品嚐鐵板燒。平日間中都會到「海賀」食lunch,不過在這裡晚飯鐵板燒,就是第一次啦。「海賀」位於The One 19樓,與隔離的Harlan's及這商場內多間位於高層的餐廳一樣都有開陽維港和尖沙嘴靚景。餐廳的時尚環境和氣氛到了晚上更多份浪漫呢。當我們在享用前菜的同時,大廚把今晚的鐵板燒食材一一帶到大家面前的鐵板燒枱開始預備,而我們亦當然趁機讓相機食先 ^^ 這些就是我們今夜各主角們啦~ 金目鯛!北寄貝!喜知次!(之後還有A4日本宮崎和牛!)各款清涼前菜中,我最喜歡就是這赤甜椒慕絲。食起來冰涼輕盈,軟滑綿綿,食感有趣。赤甜椒清香,椒味不會過濃。海蜇醋物,爽口海蜇、梨條與青瓜加上海帶,微微酸,好醒胃。和風沙律,鮮甜的蟹肉配上清爽的番茄和海葡萄,亦很不錯。三款刺身,擺得好精緻呢!我最愛是超鮮甜的牡丹蝦。金槍魚肥美,和還有當造的秋刀魚,3款都讓人吃得好開心。大廚先把原條金目鯛切件,再在鐵板上煎。煎得魚皮連魚鱗都脆卜卜,肉仍嫩滑鮮甜,時間控制得剛剛好。再配三文魚子和嫩菜苗。無論賣相和味道配搭都很讚。接著大廚為大家預備北寄貝配露笋。看著他用熟練手勢煎炒,有如在看表演呢。火候和時間都

這menu需要最少一天前預訂,未計喜知次每位約$1000,用料靚兼份量超足。而喜知次香草橄欖燒收費就要視乎魚的大小,像我們這夜那條就$1800一條,夠4-5位分享。這夜「海賀」鐵板燒聚餐大家都傾得、食得好盡興呢!
