親戚晚餐,食龍寶,食和菜。係觀塘廣場等了很久,才成功等到lift上頂樓。除了五和菜,還點了炸乳鴿及大蝦伊麵。上菜快,半小時就把菜上齊,放滿整張餐枱。燒乳鴿 每隻20.8,抵!所以每人來一隻。剛炸起,香噴噴。慢慢拆件,肉汁都流出來了!翼尖位較鹹,鴿身和鴿腿皮脆肉嫩。但這乳鴿size比較大,鴿胸肉質纖維較粗,要比牙力咬。大蝦伊麵 散點的。明爐燒鴨 半隻 燒鴨皮唔脆,但鴨肉味濃郁。客家鹽焗雞 無食到清蒸游水石斑很多酒樓都是那個味道。韮黃滑蛋鮮蝦仁 韮黃滑蛋好有蛋味,但口感較實。也許加了生粉麵粉方便成形。蝦仁無食到。蠔皇花菇扒時蔬 最喜歡下方的生菜,是重要的纖維,清清地幫助消化。環球鮮果~係柑~ 柑皮雖厚,但很甜,大家都把柑吃光了。
