Restaurant: Fameux Cuisine (Hung Hom Bay Centre)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 米睇間店舖細細地, 臥虎藏龍, 前酒樓大廚呢埋廚房密密整, 你唔會諗到可以食到咁精緻的食品。之前凡有喜慶都會選擇響呢到預訂一圍,貪佢可以預人數加多或減少d菜單,次次朋友們都坐得迫迫地,最近知道佢開分店, 好開心米第一時間book 1/5 試下, 點知前一日收到通知話新店要check煤氣,問我地有無問題去舊店, 因為已約齊16人,費事再聯絡咯,咁米照去.....當日順路八卦上過新店 - 紅磡村紅暉樓望左一望,地方大左好多,舒服好多!黎緊要book下翻啅先得, 預計下星期試菜.....補回母親節晚飯,到時再同大家分享。
