其實喺灣仔區要搵嘢食真係無難度,甚麼中日意西印,形形式式包羅萬有。咁點解我班團員會嚟呢間呢,當然係性價比問題啦,老爺點心,齋睇個名會覺得咪又係老廟野!咁點知睇個門口,酒吧樣,「棧」鬼喎!酒吧賣點心,不得鳥......唔使講咁多,去片!喂呀,想點啫?晚市一個價錢任食,仲要唔鬼係嗰啲限時限刻喎!「黑椒牛仔骨」例牌野啫,唔好理!呢味野最緊要本身食物素質新鮮就必定好食!「老爺頭獎包」喂喂喂,一口包,辣辣地加上少少薄脆,又真係「趣趣地」,反傳統外軟內脆!「燒大蝦」唔使講,如圖:大大隻鮮甜到痺!講真,如果無其他嘢食,我肯定會食佢四、五、六隻隻囉!另外仲有燒帶子,都係新鮮大隻,兼且帶子上面仲加左少少XO醬,完全吊晒鮮美出黎,將海鮮鮮咪進化去另一個空間咁。其他「棧」鬼野仲有「黑椒和牛酥」造到成個牛頭咁嘅樣、「紅蘿蔔花盆」即係鹹水角加食用炭排骨、炭喎?食得咩?呢個係日式做法,炭燒味濃,食落又喎會有炭味,排骨仲保留好鬼多肉汁,好juice,都幾good!至於咸水角就真係咸水角,賣相就吸引,味道唔算好特別!「雲南野菌包」成粒冬菇樣,知定啦......菇,全部都係菇囉!味道清新香甜,面頭黑麻麻野係朱古力粉,港
