Restaurant: Capital Café (Shau Kei Wan Main Street East)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 先講菜名就已經值得一讚! 校長多士, 軟硬沙嗲牛肉包, Levis Toast…..很深入民心!熱拿拿既 toast, 加上番茄粒, 濃郁既芝士, 超多既黑松露! 香口得泥, 又清新! 每一啖都充滿著黑松露! 味道剛剛好! 作為一間茶餐廳的確係有誠意! 當然泥到茶餐廳定必要試一試常餐啦~ 叉燒通粉, 一舨, 沒有什麼特別. 但佢個炒旦, 嫩口到不得了~ 又香滑~ 加埋那一塊又香又趣的多士, 簡直係想再叫多件. 總結來說, 非常值得一試, 同平時的茶餐廳顯然不同! 係假日要排一陣隊~

熱拿拿既 toast, 加上番茄粒, 濃郁既芝士, 超多既黑松露! 香口得泥, 又清新! 每一啖都充滿著黑松露! 味道剛剛好! 作為一間茶餐廳的確係有誠意! 

[常餐]
當然泥到茶餐廳定必要試一試常餐啦~ 叉燒通粉, 一舨, 沒有什麼特別. 但佢個炒旦, 嫩口到不得了~ 又香滑~ 加埋那一塊又香又趣的多士, 簡直係想再叫多件. 

總結來說, 非常值得一試, 同平時的茶餐廳顯然不同! 係假日要排一陣隊~
