呢間野呢…/ 背景及當日情況 / 平日經過周不時都見到好多人,有一次試過攞飛排隊要等成兩個幾鐘,梗係冇食啦,今次見到冇人排隊,其實都係平日7:00左右嘅時間,唔知係唔係佢嘅臭名已經開始遠播嘅關係,基本上可以直入唔使等位。食過海底撈,知道佢有指定嘅侍應負責邊幾台枱,每次入座都會介紹負責你張枱嘅侍應名俾你聽,呢度冇呢一個安排,所以基本上每次你要叫野,加湯,加菜,埋單,都只能夠長時間無助地舉起小手,希望經過嘅侍應會望你一眼。咁當然總會有人見到,然後由於佢手頭上有其他嘢做緊,又或者佢並唔係安排負責你張枱,就會同你講等等我搵同事幫你,當然你就唯有等落去啦。/ 服務 / 見呢度好多review寫佢哋呢間的服務唔好,我覺得其實一般侍應態度都正常,冇話唔禮貌,但係殷勤就真係稱不上啦,唔好話佢會唔會主動留意你需唔需要加湯或有咩需要,甚至連你舉手叫人都需要等一段時間。/ 漏單問題 / 我哋落單時叫咗冬瓜,冇黎到,舉手搵侍應跟單,當然跟到埋單都冇人過嚟update過我哋,我哋睇單嘅時候發現,佢根本冇落到,但我哋肯定係有叫到的,啊係,佢落單無紙冇iPad,你只係口噏噏同個侍應講,但打邊爐要叫咁多嘢,成枱人想食

/ 背景及當日情況 /

平日經過周不時都見到好多人,有一次試過攞飛排隊要等成兩個幾鐘,梗係冇食啦,今次見到冇人排隊,其實都係平日7:00左右嘅時間,唔知係唔係佢嘅臭名已經開始遠播嘅關係,基本上可以直入唔使等位。

/ 服務 /

見呢度好多review寫佢哋呢間的服務唔好,我覺得其實一般侍應態度都正常,冇話唔禮貌,但係殷勤就真係稱不上啦,唔好話佢會唔會主動留意你需唔需要加湯或有咩需要,甚至連你舉手叫人都需要等一段時間。

/ 漏單問題 /

我哋落單時叫咗冬瓜,冇黎到,舉手搵侍應跟單,當然跟到埋單都冇人過嚟update過我哋,我哋睇單嘅時候發現,佢根本冇落到,但我哋肯定係有叫到的,啊係,佢落單無紙冇iPad,你只係口噏噏同個侍應講,但打邊爐要叫咁多嘢,成枱人想食嘅嘢又唔一樣,咁樣落單法真係奇怪,旺角cheap cheap地方都識得搵張紙比你 tick 啦,都唔一定話要咁高成本用iPad,咁起碼成枱人都見到其他人已經點左乜嘢,張紙一路傳落去睇吓有冇嘢要加,大佬咁做嘢先合理架嘛。

/ 食物質素 /

— 湯底,麻辣一啲都唔好食,咁呢樣野好個人,有興趣就自己叫黎試下,令一邊叫咗花膠雞,入邊有大量豬皮,個湯好杰,感覺係碗仔翅個種呢,唔好以為真係因為落咗好多花膠,不過都應該唔會咁以為,因為真係好有分別。入邊仲搵到一隻大概手指公指甲咁大嘅鮑魚仔(?)


— 牛肉,點左最平嗰隻試下先,$98。六塊。真係未食過咁UN嘅牛,呢個質素,惠康買啲平價牛肉都好味過佢啦,我咬到一半唔小心又吞左少少,口入面嘅咬極都咬唔完,唯有夾硬吞埋未咬完個一半。完全唔係一般打邊爐肥牛嘅口感。

— 點左蝦滑同墨魚滑,一啲都唔爽口,入口梅梅地嘅感覺,最後食剩好多。

— 醬料費用每人19,佢話包左係茶錢入邊,簡單來講即係一定要比,醬料嘅款式種類正常,係生果好少,種類少份量少,然後有一個電飯煲喺度俾你裝飯,前菜只有海帶。

— 佢嘅飲品係平的,$30唔使有超大杯,但係味道真係幾一半,叫咗個唔知咩翡翠檸檬茶,一啲都唔係檸檬茶嘅味道。好似有啲唔知咩水果係入邊嘅茶。

— 一路食一路睇OpenRice review,見到佢哋話可以打包鴨血同豆腐,我哋完全冇興趣,但有留意到佢有主動同隔離枱問要唔要,佢完全冇問我地,席間同侍應們亦冇任何不愉快事件,睇嚟佢哋呢一個安排係隨機,零系統,佢記得講就講,唔記得講就唔講。

/ 總結 /

有時有啲餐廳,我哋會同朋友講話試下囉,裝修幾靚,試一次就算啦。呢間呀?裝修真係唔係好睇到,因為入面黑蚊蚊,抽氣亦做得唔好,見到有人話個地濕晒,我去個日就尚算還好嘅。

非常極度慶幸要等兩個幾鐘嗰日冇等到,如果唔係等咗兩個幾鐘入座之後遇到呢一種服務,同埋呢一種食物質素,真係 thank you very much。

/ 後話 /

雖然唔係食得好飽,因為我唔想浪費我嘅quota喺呢間餐廳嘅食物上面,但食完之後都去海旁行一行先走啦,見到幾個赤膊上身嘅大隻仔剛跑完步吹水,聽到其中一個話「湊湊?聽講好難食㗎嘛」。其實而家市道又唔好,租左咁大間鋪,裝修都揼本唔算求其,點解服務上唔可以做好啲?有系統少少姐?客人要求好高咩?有時候一分錢一分貨,你標價去到咩位,客人要求就去到咩位,好合理姐,呢個價位,呢種食物質素,唔OK囉。做打邊爐已經唔使烹調技巧,基本上湯底OK嘢食新鮮都合格啦,點解呢啲基本野都搞到一鑊粥咁?
