三朝回門,通常都要帶乳豬回娘家。不過我屋企人比較貪新鮮多款,所以與其買一大隻乳豬,我哋決定買幾款燒味返屋企回門。長沙灣呢間燒味滷師我之前有光顧過,價錢合理,足料又好食,一向深得街坊支持,所以就叫老公特地去買。至尊燒鵝(上莊)燒鵝上莊肉厚油少,食落啖啖肉,好滿足,如果皮脆一點就更好啦。 老師傅燒腩仔燒腩仔肥瘦相間,比例剛好,口感鬆化軟腍,燒腩皮亦燒得香脆金黃,保持水準!客家鹽焗雞(半隻)第一次食燒味滷師嘅客家鹽焗雞,亦有驚喜!鹽焗雞外表澄黃油亮,肉質鮮香可口,食到淡淡鹹香。燒味佬叉燒之前買開都係半肥瘦,今次就比較瘦。不過叉燒肉質好腍又入味。
