今次冇份發板不過叫D餸又OK唔錯WOR,OVERALL都可以既生炒骨,D骨炸得過火,硬但係層汁又唔錯,唔會一味死甜/酸。半隻,炸得幾好,入口算嫰夠脆有口感,不過食唔哂。湯,沙參玉竹,但D渣有雞有螺肉有翅,算甜既。當選全場最差,我覺得係豬皮,D汁好濃好“利”,最好食反而係D菜豆苗,蒜頭炒,入味,嫩唔過老,而且草清味去得好好,全場最佳上湯龍蝦,唔足2隻上湯個"顯"冇乜味,D蝦又切得好似亂葬岡咁,D麵太咸...花彤湯有鮮味。太少渣,花膠補而不燥。
