今日放工聽完保險後,去左附近的金潮小廚食晚餐,好好彩唔洗等位。金潮d小菜出名夠鑊氣,平時晚飯時間都經常大排長龍。胡椒大蜆湯湯入面有大蜆同紅蘿蔔,仲有少量芹菜,入口勁重胡椒味,又香又辣,好鮮甜。係呢個天寒地凍既天氣飲真係勁暖胃。沙拉骨炸得幾好,無乜骨,啖啖肉,d沙律醬唔會太酸,隨碟仲附上一片菠蘿🍍咸蛋苦瓜炒肉碎呢碟係男友強烈推介的,由於我唔食苦瓜,所以只係試左d肉碎,咸蛋味唔算太突出,個人認為如果可以落多d咸蛋落去炒就仲正。一口牛聲稱係用安格斯牛,肉質都幾淋,不過牛味就無乜,下次可以試其他。呢個一般般。

胡椒大蜆湯
