鐵板燒通常都好貴,但係呢間自己覺得唔錯,每人唔洗過千就可以食到各類海鮮同肉類。鐵板燒師傅每次最多招呼三組食客,呢個設計唔錯,有時太多陌生人係隔離,傾偈大聲啲都唔係咁方便。前菜係沙律同鵝肝蒸蛋,蒸蛋幾嫩滑,而且面層鋪滿魚籽成個感覺高級晒。之後就開始食海鮮,超鍾意食呢個龍蝦 😍 因為用返蝦頭啲蝦膏去整個醬汁,新鮮龍蝦肉質同味道真係冇得頂。食完龍蝦就到鲍鱼、元貝、鵝肝,活鮑魚肉質勁嫩口一啲都唔韌,鵝肝雖然入口即化,不過味道就爭少少,油脂味唔夠濃郁。套餐肉類係和牛,不過朋友戒咗牛肉,餐廳都可以不用加錢轉做黑豚,呢個服務抵讚,而且份量都好多。炒飯香噴噴落咗好櫻花蝦同其他配料,龍蝦湯就用咗之前個龍蝦頭煮成,味道清清甜甜。最後鐵板燒師傅臨走時,係鐵板 show 下功架,寫上祝福語比各位顧客,呢個自發性行為都幾窩心。
