聽講最近荃灣新開左間好靚既日本餐廳 IKIGAI CONCEPTS就同老公嚟飲個頭啖湯餐廳真係好大好寬敞,有廚師發板、鐵板燒同晚市套餐。我地選擇左$788 既晚市套餐先上既蕃茄沙律磯煮鮑魚鮑魚事先起肉處理並且切好一片片方便進食,鮑魚好林一啲都唔韌茶碗蒸裏面材料豐富,有白果、鮮蝦、冬菇,味道剛好,不過略嫌唔夠嫩滑生薑豚肉炒雜菜生薑燒味道濃郁,豚肉略厚顯得有啲韌,除咗豚肉仲有啲芋絲同洋蔥做配菜迷你雜錦天婦羅雖然係迷你但係都有兩隻蝦、一件番薯天婦羅、南瓜天婦羅、秋葵天婦羅、粟米仔天婦羅天婦羅炸皮同一般食到嘅唔同,偏薄身無咁脆免治雞肉棒、雞翼串燒甜品柚子雪芭雪芭中有柚子絲,清甜解膩,為成餐飯做個good ending
