鏞記既燒鵝岀名好食就大家都知,
佢既後人分家後都各自另起爐灶,
其中一間就係係銅鑼灣既「甘饕」燒味專門店喇!

今次黎試左佢個燒鵝二人餐同叉燒,
二人餐既燒鵝唔多,
係燒鵝髀嘅份量,但賣相吸引,
鵝皮棕色帶紅,好有光澤,
而且入口都算酥脆。
鵝肉結實但唔會太韌,
肉香脂香兼備,唔錯!

另外佢地個叉燒都係招牌,
有三款唔同部位,
分別係用梅頭肉製成既大少叉燒、
五花腩肉製成既肥燶叉燒,
同瘦豬肉部分製成既蜜汁叉燒,
每個部位都各有特色,
肥美鬆化定肉味香濃既都有齊,
總有一款岩口味😌
