• 甘饕燒鵝🦆•鏞記既燒鵝岀名好食就大家都知,佢既後人分家後都各自另起爐灶,其中一間就係係銅鑼灣既「甘饕」燒味專門店喇!今次黎試左佢個燒鵝二人餐同叉燒,二人餐既燒鵝唔多,係燒鵝髀嘅份量,但賣相吸引,鵝皮棕色帶紅,好有光澤,而且入口都算酥脆。鵝肉結實但唔會太韌,肉香脂香兼備,唔錯!另外佢地個叉燒都係招牌,有三款唔同部位,分別係用梅頭肉製成既大少叉燒、五花腩肉製成既肥燶叉燒,同瘦豬肉部分製成既蜜汁叉燒,每個部位都各有特色,肥美鬆化定肉味香濃既都有齊,總有一款岩口味😌

另外佢地個叉燒都係招牌,
