To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起呢間茶記,真係明點解香港飲食業難做!我哋居然去咗,係三次都伏!你問點解仲去?咪就係唔信邪囉!首先,等餐等到天荒地老。我心諗:可能即叫即煮,質素有保證吖嘛?唉,原來我太天真。最經典係個海南雞飯:零醬汁! 真係一啲都冇!問伙記,佢反問:「你想要咩醬?」我哋:「跟咩醬咪咩醬囉。」佢:「豉油?」我哋:「...求其俾啲啦唔該!」(成個市場都知海南雞飯跟咩醬㗎下話?)「油飯」奇觀:我哋特登叫「油飯」,嚟到碗白雪雪嘅白飯!問伙記:「呢個係油飯?我哋叫油飯喎。」個伙記自己都要擘大眼睇真啲,拎走咗,轉頭捧返同一碗飯返嚟話:「係油飯嚟㗎,啲油淋咗喺面咋!」(各位觀眾,請評論呢個神回覆!)間舖有位好friendly嘅女士(似經理/老闆娘)週圍巡,但明顯控唔住班伙記。隔離枱叫肉餅飯,嚟錯咗!伙記又係「睇兩睇」,拎走再捧返同一碟出嚟話:「我哋係咁整㗎!」老闆娘聽到走過嚟,一睇就知唔對路,但佢笑騎騎同客講:「俾錯咗你啫,因為你係熟客嘛!」出品求其過求其,伙記hea做扮晒嘢,管理混亂仲要死撐。你問我會唔會去第四次?我諗...會嘅!支持香港經濟 ,有冇人想聽第四集?哈哈哈!
