湯底篇:火鍋嘅靈魂所在 🍲

一間好嘅火鍋店,湯底絕對係靈魂。

北海道海膽高湯 (Hokkaido Uni Broth):我加咗$58升級做北海道海膽高湯,呢個決定絕對無錯! 湯底一上枱就聞到淡淡嘅海膽鮮味,飲一啖,成個口腔都充滿住海洋嘅甘甜同umami。用呢個湯底嚟涮和牛,每一啖肉都掛住一層淡淡嘅海膽鮮甜,令牛肉嘅層次感即時昇華,奢華感十足!

主角登場:A4和牛盛宴 🥩

今次嘅主角,當然係日本直送嘅A4和牛!我呢次食咗「赤身」。

赤身 A4+ (Akami):如果你怕霜降太油膩,赤身就係你嘅最佳選擇。赤身嘅油花相對較少,但千祈唔好以為佢會韌。作為A4級數,佢嘅肉質依然非常軟腍,而且牛味比霜降更加濃郁突出。 食落啖啖肉,可以細味到純粹嘅牛肉鮮味,口感同味道都係頂級享受。

食肉獸都要講求平衡!套餐跟嘅野菜盤絕對唔係Hea貨。滿滿一盤有齊菇菌、豆腐、時令蔬菜,款款都新鮮爽脆。喺品嚐完幾輪豐腴和牛之後,食返啖吸收晒湯底精華嘅清甜娃娃菜同冬菇,正好可以中和一下油膩感,令你嘅味蕾重新出發,再戰下一輪和牛!到最後,將嗰份滑嘟嘟嘅烏冬放入集結咗所有精華嘅湯底入面煮,每一條麵都掛滿濃郁湯汁,為呢場盛宴帶嚟最溫暖飽足嘅澱粉質慰藉。

食後感:一場對味蕾嘅極致寵愛 ❤️

食完成餐,個肚同心靈都大滿足。由湯底嘅精緻,到A4和牛嘅頂級質素,再到配料嘅新鮮,每一個細節都睇得出店家嘅用心。喺銅鑼灣可以用呢個價錢,享受到一頓如此高質嘅和牛料理,真係無可挑剔。如果你問我會唔會返轉頭,我會話:唔使問阿貴!想對自己好啲,又唔想太傷荷包,「狸小路」絕對係你嘅不二之選。快啲bookmark定,約埋朋友一齊去寵下自己嘅味蕾啦!
