鎮店招牌菜🔥鴨腿經過36個小時烹煮後,鴨皮同脂肪完全溶解,肉質鬆化,濕潤不柴,肉汁鹹香味好,食得出用咗很多心機,當日最佳😍跟脆炸米紙托起risotto,配越南青檸魚露酸香解膩(雖然一啲都唔油)
