To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和朋友在銅鑼灣做完運動,打算吃個快餐,行行下見到有間永年士多入面非常多人,看看原來是車仔麵,見價錢合理和朋友決定試試。餐廳以先點餐付款後找座位方式落單,餐牌種類都非常多,較特別的有流心蛋、枝竹球,三餸一麵只是$43,我點了幼麵、雞翼、蘿蔔、韮菜餃、炸魚皮、流心蛋、紅豆冰。雞翼 - 滷水汁香濃,有花椒八角,非常入味蘿蔔 - 顏色有少許偏藍,但非常好味,沒有渣炸魚皮 - 夠大片,脆口紅豆冰 - 份量適中,紅豆和奶比例剛剛好朋友點了粗麵、蘿蔔、雞翼尖、牛筋、枝竹球、豬腸、小辣、菠蘿冰。牛筋 - 份量多豬腸 - 夠入味菠蘿冰 - 童年回憶,必點總評:銅鑼灣終於有間高質素車仔麵
