《Royal Inn》銅鑼灣皇室堡華麗宮廷風西餐廳香草牛油焗田螺 ($118) - 喱個香草焗田螺真係要俾個like佢，完全超出驚喜。首先賣相一流，二黎蒜香味爆發。田螺肉彈牙，超香香草蒜蓉牛油味，薯蓉綿密又creamy，可以用烤多士薄片沾上薯蓉或蒜油一齊食，倍感美味。香煎北海道帶子番紅花意大利飯 ($208) - 帶子大大粒，中間嫩滑鮮甜。加入了番紅花的意大利飯creamy可口，另外仲有酸味味的車厘茄乾和巴馬臣芝士，兩者中和唔會太膩。招牌威靈頓羊架 ($328) - 第一次見威靈頓羊架，酥皮包住一層厚厚的菇蓉及鹹香的巴馬臣芝士，羊架肉粉嫩，肉質嫩滑，點上帶點酸味的醬汁更好食。
