朋友帶我去了銅鑼灣一間食潮州菜餐廳「鬼滷」,是一間好西式的潮州菜餐廳,前菜是爆谷,所以個名又改得幾好,結果一邊點菜,一邊食爆谷,好似去戲院睇戲咁😂店舖不是很大,但環境不錯。椒鹽普寧豆腐朋友話必叫,的確外脆內軟,就算吾點汁都好好味。食潮州菜當然要叫蘭王蛋蠔餅,非常鬆脆,新鮮整起當然特別好食,大大粒蠔仔,好足料。主菜潮式滷水拼盤,揀三款包括滷水鵝肉、墨魚、豬腩肉。鵝肉切得好薄,廚師刀法不錯👍 墨魚彈牙,豬腩肉又唔覺得好肥,仲好入味,而且下面用蠟燭加熱,一路保持住溫度更加好食。飲品茘枝接骨木梳打,用自家製的包裝夠特別,要了少冰,味道不會太甜。
