銅鑼灣有一間特色的新潮潮州餐廳。餐前小食也與其他餐廳不同,送的是爆谷,香香甜甜,一邊食一邊點菜。餐廳有單點也有套餐,有小炒也有潮式滷水鵝……等。套餐選3款$238,選了豬仔脾、豬肚、慢煮鹽香雞。豬仔脾及豬肚滷得都很香,豬仔脾肉比較結實,而豬肚就腍中有點爽的口感。3款中最喜愛慢煮鹽香雞,雞肉剛好熟,腍滑有雞味!豉椒蜆$98,食到廚師調味放了少少麻辣,所以口感食到鮮甜之餘,亦都頗為惹味!蠔仔粥$108,蠔仔粥用了珍珠米,帶潮州粥的特色,粥不會煲得太久,但食落口感綿滑清甜!蠔仔細細隻,但非常鮮甜軟滑,整個粥食落都頗為鮮甜!
