銅鑼灣嘅鬼滷係一間新開嘅潮州菜酒中菜館,環境時尚,以鮮紅色為主調,有一定嘅格調。首先,蘭王蛋蠔餅係我最鍾意嘅一款菜式,每件蠔餅都即叫即炸,外層金黃酥脆,內裡有豐富嘅蠔仔肉同埋葱粒,重蛋香味同埋鮮香嘅蠔味,配上自家製嘅醬汁,更加提升咗風味。其次,蠔仔粥係二人份嘅份量,粥底幼滑濃稠,有足夠嘅蠔汁同埋雞湯味道,而且有好多隻大隻嘅新鮮蠔仔,肉質彈牙多汁。粥面撒上咗少許芫荽同埋冬菜粒,增加咗香氣同埋口感。我覺得呢碗粥係一個好溫暖嘅選擇。最後,潮式滷水拼盤係自選三項嘅組合,我揀咗滷水鵝片、墨魚同豬腩肉。滷水清香唔會太重口味,入味又唔會太深。滷水鵝片切得好薄身,去咗骨啖啖肉,肉質軟滑多汁;墨魚彈牙有嚼勁;豬腩肉肥瘦適中,唔會太肥膩。佢哋都係用真材實料去整,唔會用雞精或者味精去增加味道。
