之前同朋友食過金鶴其他分店堂食和外賣,印象幾好,連鎖黎講質素有保障。今次知道佢地喺銅鑼灣開新分店,同男朋友就決定晚飯就喺呢度食飯。<活燒蒲燒鰻魚飯> $238鰻魚飯即叫即整,大概需時20分鐘,送到嚟果然熱辣辣。鰻魚每日新鮮處理,加上店家秘製鰻魚醬汁燒到外脆內軟。鰻魚厚肉,油脂香足好送飯,不過要小心有魚骨;套餐仲有以鰻魚骨熬製嘅海帶湯,以及芥末八爪魚。<北海道-蟹湯拉麵> $138蟹湯拉麵相當足料,有一大堆蟹絲。湯底味道濃厚,將蟹肉絲攪勻喺湯入面,味道更顯鮮甜。拉麵質地掛湯,加上流心蛋、竹筍、叉燒片、木耳等配料。<鹽燒雞腿肉(2串) > $48<鹽燒冬菇(2串) > $28另外叫咗兩款鹽燒串燒,雞腿肉以黑椒調味,肉質結實;冬菇燒得香口。
