我地揀咗個宮崎A5桜花極上燒肉放題,一嚟即刻有廚師發辦嘅和牛限定及放題部位送上,場面非常震撼,計有西冷、和尚頭、壽喜燒,仲有任食嘅肩里肌、肩口肉、牛肋肉、五花腩,內後腿肉同埋外後腿肉,加上仲有成六十款嘅放題單品,真係未出發先興奮。漬物三品,一陣一輪肉肉嘅放題當然要有啲酸may嘅漬物嚟間吓場,三款漬物都相當高質,特別鍾意中間嘅酸蘿蔔,同和牛嘅油脂香味真係絕配。白桃乳酸梳打,酸甜味道平衡,隱隱滲住白桃嘅香味,讚。西冷,見到西冷嘅格仔網紋就令人食指大動,入口果然份外焦香,以一塊西冷嚟講油脂爆標,同肉味相輔相成。壽喜燒,壽喜燒雪花分佈均勻,店員將日本蛋黃同壽喜燒汁攪勻,蛋香加上壽喜燒汁嘅清甜味道,唔洗講嘢。和尚頭,和尚頭係一個極稀有嘅部位,點少少 wasabi 嚟食,相當唔錯。北海道一汐赤魚,魚味極到濃重,每一口都可以感受到魚肉嘅纖維,滑溜得呢仍然保持應有嘅口感。蟹味噌甲羅燒,嚟到呢度食完咁多靚和牛都已經飽咗大半,就揀咗樣比較輕擎啲嘅,蟹膏蟹肉三文魚子加上鵪鶉蛋嘅鮮味撈埋一齊,無械可擊。
