To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日做孝順仔陪阿媽睇醫生,睇完醫生再行下銅鑼灣跟住就黎左呢到食飯。呢間就係一間幾乾淨嘅印尼菜,個味道都好港式,我阿媽老人家都先得好好食。首先上左個班蘭雞飯先,做得好好,已經去晒D雪味,而且個皮都好爽彈,連啲肉都好彈口。味道分表都做得好好,唔會太鹹。個飯呢,就綠色,初頭怪怪地,但可能D雞都有班蘭香味,食落同D飯好夾。我就食個巴東牛肉。啲牛肉煮得都夠淋,一咬就撕得開D肉,唔會好痴牙,而且D牛肉都好重巴東香料味,好好食。個汁分面呢,唔會太鹹,撈飯好好。個炒通菜呢,真係超惹味,有蝦乾同鹹魚,食落好香口好好食,個菜都唔會太老。貴過個飯,但真係值。飲野呢,阿媽叫左薑蜜,都幾有薑味,飲落好舒服。
