To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日本過江龍燒肉一直受盡港人歡迎,估唔到荔枝角D2 Place入面都有間咁正嘅燒肉~ 裝修跟足日本總店,混合咗江戸時代町屋風格同舊時銀座懷舊風,仲有紅白花紋屏風間隔,一入去就似咗身處銀座咁!🌟 和牛笹身 $198即係牛肩胛骨內側近頸位嘅稀有部位,每隻牛得兩條,超矜貴!肉質嫩滑得嚟脂肪少,帶淡淡甜味,厚切仲見到靚靚霜降紋,燒完入口軟嫩多汁,油香爆棚!🌟 上等牛舌 $98雖然唔係最頂級嘅牛舌芯,但一客6片,爽彈又嫩口,簡單蘸少少鹽花已經好正!🌟 夢之大地豚三味 $188一次過試勻豚肋肉、豚里肌同豚肩胛三個部位!肋肉油脂香濃,另外兩款偏瘦但肉味十足,完全冇豬羶味,彈牙得嚟唔輸和牛!🌟 海鮮三味 $188有大蝦、帆立貝同魷魚,全部新鮮到震!帆立貝鮮甜多汁,蝦肉結實仲有爆膏蝦頭,魷魚燒到剛好嘅話超彈牙,海鮮控必點!🍹 菠蘿乳酸梳打 $42食燒肉點可以冇嘢飲解膩?呢杯梳打微甜清爽,乳酸味唔會太假,解熱氣一流!
