To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶tea set是沒有餐牌的，要來到才知有什麼吃，只需要說要多少人份量的。喜歡餐前的凍茶，甜甜的。還叫了Earl grey，有趣的是他給我一整罐蜜糖加進去呢🐝首先上的是鬆餅，喜歡加果醬，沒有那麼甜。整體賣相都很吸引，菲兒較喜歡咸點，滋味無窮。先由上層開始吃。炸蝦蝦肉爽脆，夠大隻，加上酸甜的汁，吃得很yummy☺️鵝肝加麵包也十分香👍🏻👍🏻第二層都是咸點，pama ham和蟹沙律都一流，不會太咸。番茄不過不失，有點過甜。甜點賣相精緻，但實在太甜了，大部分外層都是甜朱古力，裡面是慕絲。吃不完可選擇打包，不會浪費，因太甜真的很快會飽。想吃tea要提早好多book呢，座位環境舒服，咸點都十分推介，打卡當然是一流吧！
