To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來我唔明點解呢間餐廳咁難訂位,食完之後,我開始明白。一坐低,我見到有金錢雞的介紹,每天限量發售,因為要用黃沙潤嘅關係,一日先得二十份。我哋七點半到達,已經只剩下三份,五個人,不夠一人一份。侍應話,即叫即燒,八點三出爐,有冇問題?緊係無問題啦。我哋先食咸魚煎肉餅,掂!餐牌話唔用梳打粉,真係嘅,有咸香,有肉味。清酒魚湯煑蜆,唔錯,蜆肉很新鮮,魚湯非常甜。金錢雞嚟啦!其實這個菜我不是吃過很多次,因為唔係咁多地方做,兼且很多地方做得麻麻,雞潤很乾,加一個甜到死的汁。大班樓的確不同,細件一點,但鬆化很多,燒得很香,亦唔乾。最好是底下嘅小饅頭,夾住一齊食,口感好好。剁椒蒸頭腩,又係好嘢。雞油花雕蟹,正如其他人講的一樣,食到唔停得口。因為大家講得太多,我喺呢度不再介紹。再來青花椒麻辣雞,嘩,非常刺激,不是太辣,但很麻很香,值得一試。甜品係杏仁茶,香到入心。藍棗糕清甜,比紅棗糕有牲格。飽到唔識郁。而家我明點解咁難訂檯。
