老闆出咗門,午飯時間鬆動咗,所以巴姐約會小肥週一中午去銅鑼灣新店「鮨幸」食壽司,細佬諗都唔洗諗就一口答允。樓上壽司屋佔用面積全層,店內並無花巧嘅裝潢,和式嘅屏風設計配上木地板,感覺十分樸實。就連小擺設都只係喺接待處搵到。用餐大堂中央為師傅嘅大舞台,共有十四個吧位圍繞住。窗邊則排出一列半卡位式二至多人合併式散座。巴姐訂座時早已講明要坐壽司吧,並點埋名要搵Man師傅握製壽司,相當認真。電子酒牌共有兩頁之多,無奈飯後仲要返工,細佬當然係好乖地飲熱茶啦!午市餐牌則只有一頁,簡單易明,不用多想XO仔即決定要試十二件壽司加卷物嘅「お任せ握り寿司12貫+巻物」($448/位)。午市套餐均由爽脆醒胃嘅沙律作序。師傅忙於準備壽司時,先送上小碟薑粒。除咗沙律之外,午餐仲包咗客「茶碗蒸し」。燉蛋香軟滑溜,混入芬芳嘅紫蘇葉及幼嫩嘅蟹肉即倍添清甜。主菜上場前,先有濕紙巾一張,放便食客於抹手後可以傳統和式方法進食壽司,亦即用手食,衛生非常。打頭陣嘅鰤魚壽司色澤粉嫩,厚潤肥美。第二件平政魚壽司亦清香柔軟。接著嘅池魚壽司因飯底內含蘑菇碎,咬落更為芳香之餘亦多咗份爽脆,很是清新。不知為何現已入秋個多月,節令秋刀魚壽司嘅
