To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人在國金,過年大時時大節要買底糕應下節,媽愛這裡的桂花糕,大少就買一底。包裝幾精美,紅色的package也很好意頭,但味道就不敢恭維了。可能我鬼妹仔不懂何謂桂花,很不習慣那種中國茶的味道,我只在於糕上那少少的燕窩碎。媽說幾好,那就夠了。
