To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境、食物及服務態度麻麻。名過其實,唔值得回頭!見網上有啲正評,印象中呢間老字號,都不會差。環境不過不失,座位都算正正常常。應該係走中高檔路線,但比較嘈吵,並地面有啲黐立立,少少扣分。有京、粵、川菜,選擇唔錯,上菜速度正常。不過水準退步咗啲。雞絲粉皮,雞絲絕少,唔係絲,係粗條狀多,我自問刀功可能唔差過佢地。花生麻醬唔香口。靑瓜絲,得幾條。當然,會叫小籠包,但醋連薑絲欠奉,真係誠意欠奉啦!以上一般京菜代表,在另一啲食館好食過呢間。粵式點心,蒸餃及粉果皮不簿餡不多。腸粉啲叉燒比較乾柴柴,個豉油應該係靈魂,但調得唔係咁好味!保持食物質素嘅,係叫客人口腹滿意,才賺到口碑。不過服務態度好定差,令客人心中感覺好定壞,更加絕對係顧客回頭的原因!明白嘅⋯間間食肆都係90分鐘時限,呢個大家通常會合作,唔阻你做生意,這時限亦只係用嚟防止太離譜的顧客,唔係死規則!但金公館的職員,由門口、領枱至埋單的員工,好似懲教署職員咁黑口黑面,嚴肅管制。一入門口,已板起塊面咁講記得90分鐘交枱。到差不多時間(其實應該係尚有10分鐘),便冷酷咁問:如果冇嘢再嗌嘅,就唔該而家買單!我哋諗住商量吓再講,就立即說夠鐘啦!期間態度

金公舘,係咪應該改名「谷氣館」!
