作為廣島燒嘅fans, 呢間餐廳一開已經好想去,耐何我真係完全唔鍾意等位,又訂唔到位,一直拖到而家先去。多得人妻閨蜜6點鐘去拎定飛,收工7:15去到剛剛好可以入座。menu 上有好多選擇,花多眼亂但我當然揀番我最愛嘅廣島燒($98)啦!有一款係加海鮮,但我都係想試左普通版先餐廳嘅 gimmick 係自己動手整燒餅,menu上咁多款,廣島燒應該係最多步驟,最難嗰款,要先整一層皮,再按次序加配料,然後再炒麵,翻轉堆燒餅...無錯。。。去到呢個 moment , 真係已經變左一「堆」嘢。。我好俾心機疊靚佢㗎!之後煎蛋,又再翻轉覆上面。。前後翻下疊下兩三次,就成形,可以加醬汁、紫菜粉、木魚粉點綴另外仲點左一份海鮮文字燒($88),文字燒就無咁好玩,分三次落湯汁就咁煮,煮完仍然係散嘅,唔係餅狀記著問侍應拎一支迷你鏟仔俾你食文字燒呀!整體黎講,都幾好玩,限時90分鐘,絕對夠整兩款燒餅,想大顯身手嘅朋友,記著一定要點廣島燒呀@
