To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四月去過台灣到過士林夜市食豪大大雞排至今仍念念不忘那一種味道我諗每個人去台灣都會去士林夜市我諗每個人去市林夜市都會食豪大大雞排原來唔駛去台灣香港新界元朗都有二人晚餐, 點了a)香酥雞扒麵$25b)紅燒牛肉麵$27c)滷水拼盤$35d)每碗麵加野飲加$10, 揀左芒果紅茶同甘桔綠茶a)香酥雞扒麵: 焦點所在! 雖然比豪大大輕輕淡了一點, 但那脆卜卜的外層, 內裡豐富肉汁的雞肉,雖然切開左細件, 但一啖啖咬落口的感覺亦十分滋味!b)紅燒牛肉麵: 普普通通啦, 跟教育路那間台灣麵吃到的差不多c)滷水拼盤: 味道較淡, 鴨舌來得不夠爽. 食滷味, 還是食元朗多間潮州滷味好d)野飲普通啦Total $107
