上次食完後一直念念不忘佢嘅生牛肉他他同法式青口，今日經開灣仔，一刻再encore!剛到晚飯時間餐廳已經坐滿人，全是一對對情侶🤭法國鵝肝牛排沙律鵝肝油潤豐腴不帶酥味，而且入口即融。牛排份量十足且大大件，內質紮實，配搭鮮爽脆口嘅沙律菜啱啱好！加埋酸酸地沙律醋，開胃之餘中和肉嘅油膩感又令沙律味道層次加倍！Odelice! 牛肉他他將蛋黃攪拌一齊食，牛肉嘅口感好鮮滑有嚼勁，而且調味依舊出色，牛味好出，配搭烘得香脆嘅法式麵包，口感一絕！👍🏻甜麵醬油封鴨脾大推介！一脫以往我對油封鴨肉質係乾、鞋、硬嘅印象🙌🏻 油封鴨脾烘至皮脆肉嫩，外皮香口唔油膩，肉味香濃，而且食落肉質仲帶點脂肪層，愈嚼愈香。法國黑青口份量依然係估唔到的多！！！😂😂 今次嘅青口好靚，大部分都幾大隻。而且肉質爽甜肥美，仲吸收晒濃白酒味嘅忌廉汁😍 薯條香口脆身，食落熱辣辣又卜卜脆！蕃茄蟹肉扁意粉鮮甜蟹肉配上濃郁番茄醬汁，蟹肉鮮甜唔鬆散，意粉煮得彈牙適中👍🏻
