信德中心對面有一間印度餐廳,門口有一大個招牌,自成一角嘅紅磚樓梯入口, 行過一定會留意到,幫襯過好幾次,疫情下晚市取消,唯有午市再去先嚟一碟印度脆餅,鹹鹹脆脆,有甜酸醬,有辣醬,兩者混合點嚟食最好食呢度嘅串燒雞柳($88)簡直一流,一出場,已經聞到遠方飄嚟嘅香味和吱吱聲的鐵板鑊氣,外層烤得非常香脆但入面仲係保持濕潤, 重有個冇得輸調味,印度香料和微辛辣完完全全滲入每一絲雞柳肉之中~~~原汁咖哩羊肉($112),一口一件羊肉粒,軟熟入味,咖哩並不是有椰汁的那一款,而是混合了不同香料的masala,多種不同香料刺激五感,吃印度菜的樂趣莫過於此去食印度菜,我必點最愛的芝士菠菜($92), 無他,就是喜歡芝士加菠菜的香味點個蒜蓉烤餅($26)和烤麥餅($23)去蘸盡每一滴肉汁和芝士菠菜這裏的印度特色香料茶($29)即點即煮, 香料味適中,自己落糖,甜味自己調教
