有消費卷後,當然要支持一下本地食店,今次到了一間特色串燒專門店,想到和想不到的部位都能吃到,值得一試!地點喺銅鑼灣永光中心,地鐵站行過去都係幾分鐘就到,非常方便!一入門口已經聞到好香串燒味,好似去到日本咁😍日式料理少不了刺身及串燒。刺身四點有帆立貝、三文魚、赤蝦及油甘魚。帆立貝入口清甜; 赤蝦蝦肉爽口,油甘魚甘甜,豐富魚味。這裏串燒,種類繁多清酒煮蜆,蜆肉粒粒飽滿,湯底非常清甜。安格斯牛柳串, 厚切牛柳粒,肉嫩鬆化, 外皮蕉脆,齒頰留香。牛大腸, 腸燒至脆香,腸心帶點肥邊,有外脆內軟的效果,男仕最愛,非常邪惡!牛心以鹽燒烹調,牛味極濃,口感有別於其他內臟,非常爽口。食串燒梗係要配返一杯冰凍嘅日本生啤。日本雞翼,燒好後更是外脆內嫩。脆卜卜嘅飯團 細火慢烤,每邊都燒至微焦😌滿滿嘅焦香配上香脆嘅口感,飽肚又特別!這裏大部份川燒都可以做到外脆內嫩效果,平均消費都係幾百蚊,非常值得!
