上次嚟珍苑食過超好味嘅牛腩牛肚,今日嚟想試吓新嘢,於是叫咗碗廚師推介嘅醬燒豬軟骨米粉再加雲吞。原本諗住會係食開豬軟骨嘅嗰仲調味,點知原來佢係細細個 嘅時候,阿媽用嚟煲豬骨粥嗰種燒豬骨嘅味道!🤤🤤🤤 食落肉質鮮甜,仲要有陣淡淡嘅炭燒香味,軟骨唔算太淋,但係可以完全咬碎。雲吞用料新鮮,紮實有咬口,加埋少少鎮江醋,啖啖鮮味 😋 碟芥蘭雖然係全走,但係啲菜超甜超好味;米粉爽滑,如果唔怕食得濃味啲,記得加腩汁 !
