海鮮拼盤可用「陣容鼎盛」來形容,一大個玻璃兜內,放入冰粒,再以生菜片墊底,上面井然有序地放滿原條鮮魚起片、四隻蟶子、數件象拔蚌和兩隻美國桶蠔及配菜如冬菇、金針菇和野菌等。海鮮水準不賴,原條鮮魚肉質鮮嫩味美,蟶子鮮爽具嚼勁,象拔蚌也咬口十足,蠔肥美鮮甜,冬菇、金針菇和野菌等配料也鮮嫩可口,教人滿意。
