陪老公去深水埗買嘢,之後佢帶我去黃竹街食串燒,川大哥是間火鍋串燒專門店,主打烤魚和串燒,餐廳裝潢設計簡潔。黃金酸菜魚鍋,有大或小鍋,生魚或鯛魚,辣度選擇,因為鯛魚已賣晒,所以揀大鍋生魚,小辣。上枱一大鍋好足料,生魚起肉做成魚片,配上四川酸菜、泡辣椒、花椒和辣椒滾湯而成,湯底味道又酸又辣,惹味開胃。生魚片啖啖肉,肉質鮮嫩,酸菜和大豆芽菜都好爽口。食完重可以打邊爐,但我哋叫咗串燒,所以冇食火鍋。雞中翼:時間燒得啱啱好,皮脆肉嫩有肉汁,唔會燒到乾晒,加些調味粉好惹味!脆皮芝士腸:外層酥脆可口,內裹的豬肉和芝士口感豐富,豬肉的肉質鮮嫩,芝士的口感濃郁,口感層次分明。墨魚丸:帶有墨魚的特殊香氣和鮮味,口感豐富,帶有微妙的鹹味和甜味。黑豚五花腩:花腩是黑毛豬最美味又最適合燒烤的部位,因為燒過後肉質爽口而不肥膩。蒜香茄子:茄子味道較為清淡,配搭濃香的香辣蒜蓉醬燒係好夾,茄子口感軟綿綿,蒜香味濃郁,非常惹味。令人食不停口,立即再來一條。
