Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (金百利廣場)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 猶記得大概7-8年前,第一次到深水埗傷心酸辣粉的畫面。小小的店子、簡陋的裝潢,斬雞的玻璃櫃就在門口,店子只能容納到10多食客。時至今日,傷心酸辣粉的分店已遍佈港九新界,想「酸到口水流,辣到眼淚流」,不必再走到深水埗。傷心酸辣粉現今的食物款式也如分店一樣多,當然還是至愛口水雞+招牌酸辣粉。銅鑼灣金百利食肆眾多,越過派傳單的阿姐,往往唯一的目標是傷心。每次必點的口水雞,是日點了下例$78。雞如絲一般滑,麻油香配合bb辣的香,每次都是合到好處,個人認為雞太辣,反而吃不出雞與麻交合後的美味。倉炒土豆絲$55也是必點項目。炒的薯仔條的的確確實實在在比炸薯仔更好吃。薯仔絲表面沾滿麻香油份。今晚只是略略炒得不夠乾身,但仍然回味萬千。涼拌牛柏葉$38。因為特價我們第一次嚐嚐牛柏葉,驚喜是有的,柏葉爽脆,正好配麻辣,兩者融為一體,份量也充足。相信下次再來也會再點。酸辣粉bb辣$34。又是必點,百吃不厭的item。早期不同分店的廚師煮法有所出入,某些分店的會較腍身,有時又會太硬。近年應該是QC改善了,每次都吃到質量精準的酸辣粉。凍柑桔話梅雪碧。解渴首選,個人認為比起凍OT/O水更耐喝。傷心酸辣粉不知不覺間

傷心酸辣粉不知不覺間已成為國內自由行旅客的常到餐廳,每次來到國內食客為數不少。雖然我認為店面的衛生有改進的空間,但的確服務很到位,無論對內地旅客還是港人。

希望傷心在將來有更多新鮮麻辣菜式,也希望上環區會加開分店!
