第一次去呢間酒家... 其實經過好多次,見門口嘅格局,像是劏人的格局,一路都唔敢入去😅酒友家人係常客,佢話好食. 咁去試吓啦. 餐廳大部分係包間, 我哋都係訂咗房間. 侍應們態度都幾好. 坐低開好茶,帶我哋去買海鮮,“妹記”, 老板態度專業,無強迫,或推銷.我點咗奄仔,本地花蝦,澳洲鮑魚,杉班,台山蠔.做法 如下 :油鹽焗奄仔上湯焗龍蝦煎米粉底,果皮蒸鲍魚, 清蒸杉斑,炸蠔.加碟椒絲通菜,生炒骨同埋楊洲炒飯.特別要將蒸魚上第一,條魚真係好正,蒸得好好,白飯魚汁,成條魚一眨眼清晒剩下一條骨😋跟住上鮑魚,又係啱啱熟,又淋又滑👍兩個清嘅菜,之後我上生炒排骨,好味👍. 龍蝦肉爽,鮮甜,米粉底脆👍之後上炸蠔,粉薄,脆又保留蠔嘅鮮.00之後奄仔,A级奄,爆晒膏,多肉,好好味😋火飯乾身,少油,通菜腐乳味剛剛好.整體都好滿意☺️

做法 如下 :
油鹽焗奄仔上湯焗龍蝦煎米粉底,果皮蒸鲍魚, 清蒸杉斑,炸蠔.
加碟椒絲通菜,生炒骨同埋楊洲炒飯.
特別要將蒸魚上第一,條魚真係好正,蒸得好好,白飯魚汁,成條魚一眨眼清晒剩下一條骨😋跟住上鮑魚,又係啱啱熟,又淋又滑👍兩個清嘅菜,之後我上生炒排骨,好味👍.
龍蝦肉爽,鮮甜,米粉底脆👍之後上炸蠔,粉薄,脆又保留蠔嘅鮮.00之後奄仔,A级奄,爆晒膏,多肉,好好味😋
火飯乾身,少油,通菜腐乳味剛剛好.
整體都好滿意☺️
