To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 新的牛角包口味也是一甜一咸,甜的是黑熔岩芝麻,樣子沒什麼花巧,就是很樸實的樣子。切開裡面的黑熔岩芝麻是慢慢的流出來,味道是大人的口味,比起芝麻湯圓的餡更香但更不甜,餡和包的比例也剛剛好,不會太多不會太少。

另一款咸的牛角包就是泰式冬蔭公,我和朋友都蠻期待的,不吃真想不到是什麼感覺。牛角包上灑上微微的椰絲,切開後冬蔭公餡料便流出來,冬蔭公餡料比剛才黑熔岩芝麻流得更快,問了問店員,原來冬蔭公餡料加入了椰奶,所以比起正宗的冬蔭公更溫和,不吃辣的也絕對可以接受。

朋友點了這個西班牙黑毛豬腩意粉,黑毛豬腩慢煮後微微烤一下兩面,令豬油的香味更突出。最喜歡這個黑毛豬腩的地方是:它雖然是黑毛豬腩但吃起來一點罪惡的感覺都沒有,肥的部分是骨膠原的口感,沒有一般的肥膏臭味。意粉是一如以往的彈牙,醬料選了青醬,喜歡他們的青醬沒有「臭青味」,加上巴馬臣芝士,吃起來味道很濃郁但又很清爽。

我點的主食是慢煮挪威三文魚配冬蔭,天氣熱就想吃一點清爽的食物。上桌的時候三文魚跟湯是分開的,另配有一個茶壺放著冬蔭功湯,吃之前再倒下去。

旁邊有幾顆「蔬菜果凍」,問了問店員才知道是以雞湯煮成的,把冬蔭湯倒下去後「蔬菜果凍」就會開始溶化,令原來的湯變得更濃郁。

主角三文魚是我喜歡的質地,是剛剛熟的程度,肉質非常嫩滑美味,6oz的三文魚我一個人吃也大丈夫!至於它的湯,比起剛才的冬蔭牛角包,這個冬蔭湯是更清新,是健康蔬菜湯的冬蔭版本,不過都有一點點辣和嗆,適合「十小辣」的朋友。

飲品我點了這杯有氣薑汁黑咖啡,這杯飲料雖然是冰的但裡面沒有冰塊,上層的泡泡有點像「薑味的奶蓋」,薑味也蠻重的。底下的咖啡是有氣的薑汁黑咖啡,配起來味道很特別,不過應該不是每個人都會喜歡,但喜歡薑的應該會超級喜歡。

新店的位置更大座位也更多,坐得比以前舒適,店內的裝潢是走「黃藍白」調調,有個人風格但又平易近人。我通常都是晚上來,人比較少,我聽朋友說星期六下午來是要排隊的。每個人的口味也不同,但這是我真心喜歡和推薦的小店,希望他們可以推出更多新的菜式,特別是牛角包!那我應該會更常來吧!(笑)
