To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人都幾鍾意食上海菜，成日都會去搵一啲好食嘅上海菜食。今次去到尖沙咀iSquare嘅連鎖餐廳上海婆婆。入到去環境真係非常唔錯，好坐之餘仲有得睇夜景。每次食上海菜，我都別叫擔擔麵同小籠包。呢間嘅擔擔麵我都幾滿意，花生味香濃，面質都唔算太林。但小籠包就一般，皮太薄，一夾起就穿，啲湯流晒出嚟。另外仲叫咗銀絲卷，質素非常一般。好味嘅銀絲卷，裏面應該條條分明。但呢一個銀絲卷裏面就黐埋一舊，同食饅頭冇乜分別，而且非常油膩，包中間有一浸黃色嘅油。整體而言，食物質素一般，但勝在環境好坐，適合傾計。
