To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了好友談心相約在這兒吃上海菜在星期二的晚上不用等位並且有卡位坐 都幾舒服我們兩個人 叫了四碟餸菜~餸菜上菜非常快 10分鐘後所有菜都上了~~雞絲粉皮是我最愛的上海前菜麻將香 粉皮滑 加埋雞絲食是很好吃只不過略嫌份量比較少小籠包 不算太多汁 感覺上比較一般黃金炒飯 是用鹹蛋黃炒的 加上蝦仁 肉粒蛋 都炒得幾乾身 可以一試砂鍋雲吞雞 我們叫了個大鍋的 總共有六粒雲吞 加半隻雞 湯有少許鹹 雞肉不太嫰 一般而已總共埋單$450港幣 價錢略貴~如果想舒服地找個位置吃上海菜 都可以一試
