呢排多咗好多特別嘅韓國餐廳開,要試均都要番啲時間呀可ꉂꉂ꒰•̤▿•̤*ૢ꒱呢間由韓國當地大廚主理研發菜式,用上濟州新鮮食材嘅韓國餐廳,菜式上有別於傳統韓國菜,多咗少少新意新嘗試。見到大家分享嗰個海膽紫菜包飯都心心眼咗,一層魚子醬一層海膽一層生牛肉,三重衝擊味蕾呢個炸青陽辣椒釀豬肉開頭都怕佢會好辣,但原來唔係㗎,佢俾薄薄炸粉包住,辣椒少少甜好淡嘅辣味,唔係嗰種止唔住嘅辣,第一次食呢款韓國菜品好鍾意。另一款係煎餅拼盤,我想講佢係我喺香港食過最好食嘅海鮮煎餅,佢海鮮份量多而且多咗啲魚乾仔喺面,增加咗啲酥脆口感我哋揀咗呢個韓式蒜頭清燉雞鍋,蒜香味唔係好刺激嗰種,淡淡哋配埋雞湯嘅甜入口好舒服,成個組合夠哂養生😆最重要係佢啲材料係濟洲直送,都係嗰句,要食當地菜式真係要用當地原材料先會還原到個味道,同款材料産地唔同都差啲
