To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友推薦,話食過呢間酒樓小炒好出色,今日約定時間早早就黎試下距系未真系有真材實料先。早早黎到,客人唔多,店員爽手安排埋位。生猛海鮮即點即整,都無花假。避風塘炒蟹就肯定要試下啦,再黎個店員推介特色菜--芥末牛柳粒。鋪頭宜家仲做緊優惠,post相點贊就送沙薑豬手,甘就肯定唔可以錯過啦。避風塘炒蟹,真系勁大只。我都懷疑兩個人究竟可以唔可以食得曬。肉蟹雖然經過猛炒,但系肉質依然緊致,仲好鮮甜,搭配埋大量炸蒜,乾辣椒同埋椒鹽,真系香辣可口,但唔會搶走蟹肉噶鮮味,更增添一份鮮香,正!芥末牛柳粒,真系第一次食,味道都出奇好味。芥末經過高溫烹煮,無咗辛辣味道,唔會太刺激味蕾,同時留翻芥末的清香,可以中和翻牛柳粒的油膩感,確實唔錯。沙薑豬手,雖然系送的,但水準線上,無豬騷味,肉質鮮嫩,膠質豐富有咬口,搭配沙薑汁,非常好味。最後店員服務爽手,系得噶。
