所謂煮干姐係大量魚干整成既湯底,本身已好鮮味,加上濃郁豬背脂油,而「海老辛醬」好香蝦頭味,不過都比想像中有點辣;叉燒一樣係薄得黎燒得好香,加上蔥,蒜,洋蔥配搭一流👍🏻
