台灣過江龍,真係再係香港試下係咪真係咁好食!疫情底下都無損佢多人食既情況,我地teatime去到都基本上有7成坐滿😂不過好彩唔洗等位姐。我地分別叫左江户前天丼同上天丼,2個既分別都唔大,配料基本上可以話係一模一樣而最主要既分別就係主菜既唔同,一個係穴子亦即係星鰻,另一個就係鱚魚😚 說真的,我就認為鱚魚既肉質比較滑溜帶有魚鮮味,就算經過炸物既處理之後,滋味亦都冇降低😚而穴子就係視覺上既衝擊,成條穴子差唔多有前臂咁長,同friend share一半就啱啱好🙊天婦羅凍咗之後仍然不失美味雖然外皮始終有少少淋,但係配上天婦羅汁撈飯真係一流!!餐廳實施開放式廚房,客人對於料理嘅過程可以睇得一清二楚。亦都唔使怕廚師偷工減料,另外我最欣賞嘅係呢度嘅"茶" ,佢唔係普通嘅玄米綠茶,而係杯入邊有兩粒黑豆嘅玄米綠茶可以消膩解渴清熱氣,真係要飲多2杯先得🍵
