香港人上茶樓是尤來已久的飲食文化,質素好的茶樓,周末等位是一件苦差事。要避免人多擠迫的區域飲茶,中環是首選,雖然價錢會稍貴,但勝在可以訂枱。今天和家人來到中環怡和大廈的潮江春。此店的卡位非常搶手,因為自成一角,舒適寧靜,與家人一邊喝茶,吃點心,一邊閒談,樂也融融。此店的點心、小吃、粉麵和粥飯都相當出色,雪山叉燒包焗得香脆,餡料冶味。椒鹽狗吐魚炸至金黄色,魚肉鮮嫩,入口溶化。XO醬炒腸粉鑊氣夠,嫩滑的腸粉加入冶味的XO醬,簡直絶配。鵝片撈麵、𧐢仔粥和魚蛋粉都是我們的至愛。人均消費$133,享受如此環境和美食,絕對是不錯的選擇!
