To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超級開心的一個下午「湯」體驗～昨天跟男朋友去激安～又排隊又搶購～買到累累的～然後去了聞名的蛇王芬喝湯～都是真材實料～上枱已經香得不得了～我們一直想過來這店嚐嚐～可惜前陣子疫情嚴重都沒法過來～這次逛完新開的激安～原來蛇王芬的店剛好在背後～是緣份吧～讓我們嚐到這店的美味滋潤湯水～秋冬時份正好喔～謝謝廚大哥和店掌櫃姐姐～湯後看著旁邊一個小姐姐在吃著美味的臘腸飯～門口也一人有客戶來買這店的臘腸外賣～我想～一定也是好東西吧～我就跟男朋友說好～下次一定要再過來嚐嚐～
